Our organic artichoke grower, Roland
At La Table de Jules, our organic artichokes come from Roland's farm, a stone's throw from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Passionate and committed, he cultivates the land untreated, respecting its natural rhythm. Thanks to him, our dishes breathe freshness and Provencal terroir. 🍽️ Seasonal dish: Pan-fried artichokes with olive oil, garlic and lemon, served warm on a bed of mesclun and shavings of mature ewe's milk cheese.
